🍴 Christmas Recipe Idea: Festive Pasta Salad

Need a quick and crowd-pleasing recipe for your Christmas table? Try our Festive Pasta Salad! It’s easy to make and packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Here’s a simple recipe:

Ingredients:

• 500g of your favourite pasta (we recommend our fresh Fusilli or Macaroni)
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• Cucumbers, diced
• Red onion, finely chopped
• Fresh herbs (parsley, basil)
• A handful of roasted nuts (pine nuts or walnuts)
• A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then cool under running water.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and herbs.
3. Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
4. Top with roasted nuts and serve chilled.

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
